  1. I love coconut oil. We use it in cooking, baking, frying, for hair care, skin care, and oral care.
    I've even added it to beeswax when making candles.

  26. I use Gold Label for cooking, baking, in homemade toothpaste, for oil pulling, in salves and as a carrier oil for essential oils. I use the Palm Oil for frying! Love Tropical Traditions and ALL of their products. The only ones I haven't tried is their new line of Essential Oils. Hope to do that soon!

  31. I use coconut oil for everything! My hair, skin and also something called Pulling. It's when you gargle a little bit of coconut oil to "pull" out the impurities and bacteria that brushing and flossing don't get. It even helps prevent/heal cavities!
